    Awesome advice. I think of Noah, possible one of the most faithful men in all of the Bible. He preached for 150 years, asking the people around him to repent and join him on the boat when the floods come. Not a single person did. Just like Paul said in 1 Corinthians 3:6, "I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth."
