It’s kind of like gravity… it doesnt matter if you like it or not… it’s a REALITY THAT YOU’D BETTER DEAL WITH…

My practical solution to hitting leaky vision in the mouth:

CONSISTENTLY DEFINE THE WIN…

By ‘WIN’ i mean What’s Important Now.   As often as you have the opportunity define success for those you lead.

Allow me to close by saying that humanity’s default is to trend back to making our agenda the win, but as a Christ follower - I NO LONGER OWN MY LIFE or MY AGENDA - So i have to consistently press into God and His Word…. and i have to consistently press into the Godly leadership around me to know the WINs…

• God is not silent about What’s Important Now….
• God’s Word is not silent about What’s Important Now….
• Godly leadership will not be silent about What’s Important Now!

KEEP DEFINING THE W.I.N.
