Hey man I was reading John Pipers “a Godward life” this weekend and I
read a chapter that he was talking about praying for others. Piper said
one day a friend in the ministry called him and told him that he was
going to pray specifically for him every day for the rest of his life.
So I decided I wanted to serve someone in ministry in that way too. I
prayed about who that was to be and God put you in my heart. I want
you to know that every single day for the rest of my life or your life
or until Jesus comes back I am praying for you, your ministry, and
your family. Come rain or shine I am praying. No matter what happens
in your life or mine, I want you to know that I am devoted to praying
for you. Love you brother.

That was a message i received from a good friend of mine today.  I thank God for people in my life that are constantly encouraging me to run this race called life with everything i have!  Nobody has ever gotten upset over receiving a word of affirmation.  We are called to always be looking for an opportunity to leverage one another on to ‘love and good works’.
